As you can imagine, it’s been a rough couple of years for metalcore veterans Architects since the passing of founding member and main songwriter Tom Searle. Looking to do their best without their fallen brother, the band has just shared their first new song without Searle titled “Doomsday.”
“’Doomsday’ was a song that Tom had started but never got to finish,” tweeted Tom’s twin brother and Architects drummer Dan Searle. “Completing it for him was a massive responsibility. I hope you all enjoy.”
“Doomsday’ is not from an album we’ve recorded. It’s just 1 song” continued Searle. “It’s just the start. Our way of showing everyone that there’s still a future.”
