Being As An Ocean Drop Announcement Bomb, Reveal New Label, Music Video, Tour And More

Continuing to progress as a band and keep their impressive new music streak alive, Being As An Ocean has announced they have officially left InVouge Records for the likes of Equal Vision and have released a brand new single to celebrate.

“We are ecstatic to finally get the opportunity to work with the family at Equal Vision Records,” says frontman Joel Quartuccio. “Our relationship has been a long time in the making and it is like a dream come true to be able to call ourselves part of the team.”

Quartuccio continued to add, “Ever since we met Dan Sandshaw, EVR’s president, we knew that the label’s ethos and passion for the music was akin to our own and that we didn’t want to settle for anything less. We are eternally grateful to EVR for sticking it out through the years with us to see this beautiful partnership to fruition."

In regards to the new track “Dissovle” – which you can stream below – Quartuccio touched on the writing process behind it saying, ”‘Dissolve’ has been about three to four months in the making, being written over one of our longest timelines, and we think it is one of our best yet. We, simply, have never had the time to make something this special before, and I think it really shows.”

Now, as if the new signing and single wasn’t enough, the band has also announced an upcoming spring headlining tour with 68′, Capsize, Listener and Movements. The tour will kick off in April just one day after their current run with Silverstein and Emarosa finishes up.
