Coheed And Cambria Debut 90′s Friendly Single “Eraser”

Off their highly-anticipated forthcoming album The Color Before The Sun – which hits stores October 16 – prog-rock specialists Coheed and Cambria have just premiered their 90′s influenced single “Eraser.”

When asked about the new track, drummer Josh Eppard wasn’t afraid to share which bands helped shape the single’s alt-rock learning sound.

“To me, ‘Eraser‘ embodies the music we grew up on maybe better than any other Coheed song to date,” Eppard explained. “We were little sponges in the 90′s when the Pumpkins and Nirvana were creating a landscape all their own. I hear those bands in our song ‘Eraser‘ and I’m extremely proud of that.”
