Green Day Is Back To Prove Their Pop-Punk Dominance With Second New Single “Revolution Radio”

Well guys, it’s official. Rock And Roll Hall of Fame outfit Green Day is back in action and ready to reclaim the pop-punk throne they’ve held for the majority of their illustrious 30-year career.

Out supporting their forthcoming album Revolution Radio – which hits stores October 7 via Reprise – the iconic trio has just released their old-school sounding title track “Revolution Radio.” And, for any doubters questioning the band’s new music after their iffy run-in with Uno!, Dos!, Tre!, let’s us tell you so far so good.

Since initially kicking things off with their punky call out towards mass shooting culture in America, “Bang Bang,” “Revolution Radio” is a brilliant follow-up prompting memories of the band’s smash American Idiot.
