Well damn, talk about a pretty kick ass surprise! Coming completely out of nowhere, legendary post-hardcore outfit At The Drive-In have just shared a brand new single titled “Governed By Contagions” taken from a forthcoming yet-to-be-announced album.
Released via Rise Records’ YouTube page, the new track is a much-needed pick-me-up for listeners limping into the new year. Fiery and in-your-face right of the back, “Governed By Contagions” is a refreshing reminder of how much music has missed At The Drive-In – especially since their last release was 2000’s “Relationship Of Command.”
