With a brand new album coming April 8, most of us assumed a Deftones headlining tour was in the works. However, since announcing their headliner earlier today, what actually caught us – and maybe others – completely off guard is that the support for the upcoming run of dates will be none other than hardcore up-and-comers Code Orange.
Yep, that’s right: The Deathwish Inc. signess will be taking the stage and will no doubt be instilling total fear into the souls of unsuspecting concertgoers. While we are incredibly excited for the self-proclaimed “Thinners of The Herd,” it will no doubt be interesting to see how some Deftones fans react to something like this.
