Hot Potato Philosophy Ft. Runaway Kids (formerly Betrayal)

As a band, changing your name and focusing on a new style of music may be one of the toughest, and not to mention, riskiest things you can do. However, if history proves anything with bands like Green Day (formerly Sweet Children), Red Hot Chili Peppers (formerly Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem) and Pearl Jam (formerly Mookie Blaylock), we think Runaway Kids (formerly Betrayal) is going to be just fine.

In a recent Hot Potato Philosophy session, we caught up with the LA outfit to discuss their time out at SXSW as well as all the bizarre things they encountered in Austin,TX.

To check it out, be sure to look above. Afterwards, make sure to check out Runaway Kids’ brand new single “Better Days” here.
