Noise Exclusive: Hear The Undertaking! Dive Into The Pitfalls Of Humankind with Heavy New Track “Swap Meat”

In case you haven’t noticed lately, humankind hasn’t exactly been doing their best as of late. Whether it’s all the damage being done to our Earth or just the downright absurdity taking place in politics, humans aren’t necessarily living up to their whole “smartest creatures on the planet” thing.

Taking this idea and expanding on it further, San Diego hardcore/metalcore outfit The Undertaking! have put together a brand new track titled “Swap Meat” which focuses on mankind’s inability to get out of their own way.

Reflecting on the riff-heavy, Every Time I Die and He Is Legend-like track, the band concisely commented, “‘Swap Meat’ is about our inherent tendency as humans to self-destruct ourselves.”

To check out the rather serious track coupled with a not-so-serious lyric video featuring Teenage Ninja Turtles, frozen food and a leopard gecko, be sure to check out the Noise exclusive clip below. Afterward, for more from The Undertaking!, head here.
