Internet trolls, if you’re reading this, fuck off. At least when it comes to Less Than Jake’s new strong-minded music video for “Bomb Drop,” that is.
Directed by music video extraordinaire Max Moore, the band’s new clip highlights the impact online shit-talkers can leave IRL (or “in real life” for those out of the loop).
Following an inspiring musician, the powerful video quickly turns dark once the young guitarist receives hate for his latest upload.
“We wanted to acknowledge [the] online existence and how in this day and age, ‘likes’ and comments can affect our real, waking lives,” explained co-vocalist/bassist/producer Roger Lima. “Max Moore was excellent to work with and I feel like the video compliments the lyrical message of the song: 'Those wars inside your mind are all for nothing.’”
