Watch Out For Crocodile People In Direct Hit!’s New Acid-Filled Video For “Artificial Confidence”

On the heels of releasing their new concept record Wasted Mind which is inspired by William S. Burroughs’ Naked Lunch and Hunter S. Thompson’s Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, Fat Wreck Chord’s Direct Hit! has just released a brand new music video centered around everyone’s worst nightmare – an Uber ride gone terribly, terribly wrong.

Now, before you jump to any conclusions assuming the “Artificial Confidence” video is about an Uber driver gone mad, it’s actually focused on the Uber rider instead. Taking multiple (like 9-10) hits of acid, the rider, as you can assume, completely looses his mind in the backseat seeing crocodile people along with various other psychedelic images.

To check out the new clip, be sure to look below. Afterwards, make sure to pre-order Wasted Mind before it hits stores June 24.
