This shouldn’t come as a surprise but the iHeartRadio music awards haven’t really represented our music scene very well in years past. This year’s nominees are no exception.
While a few obvious rock names like Foo Fighters, Metallica, and Stone Sour received nominations this year along with a few surprises like Nothing More, Greta Van Fleet, and Royal Blood, for the most part, all rock categories are flooded with rock’s usual Top 40 suspects including Imagine Dragons, Judah & The Lion, and Kings Of Leon.
