While gearing up for the release of their debut EP All The Way, Los Angeles alt-rockers Madus (pronounced mad-us) have teamed up with The Noise to premiere their brand new, Muse-like single, “You Could Never Feel.”
The EP, which was recorded by Keith Armstrong (Rise Against, Three Days Grace) and was successfully funded through Pledge Music, is set to hit stores May 19.
When asked about the idea behind their infectious new single “You Could Never Feel,” the band explained that it had a lot to do with the people of Los Angeles – and not in a good way.
“Meeting new people in Los Angeles can feel a lot like walking through a stack of random resumes,” the band told us. “Everyone’s walking around trying to tell each other how awesome they are in hopes of landing some unseen opportunity. This song’s about how frustrating it is when people keep their guards up in fear of not being perceived as the perfect archetype of themselves they’ve created.”
That said, be sure to check out the new single below. For more info on Madus, you can head to their Facebook page here.
