Continuing their interesting trend of singing emo-ish artists (Pianos Become The Teeth, Title Fight), Epitaph Records has announced this week that they have signed The World is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die.
When asked about their recent signing, vocalist and guitarist Derrick Shanholtzer-Dvorak seemed to be very excited stating, “We are a band that likes to follow through on all of our terrible ideas so it’s great to be on a label that enthusiastically supports us in this.”
TWIABP is currently in the studio in Burlington, Connecticut working on their next album and plan on releasing two new EPs this year — one of which will be a 7″ split EP with Rozwell Kid via Broken World Media on June 23 and the other will be a two-track 7″ EP via Topshelf Records on June 28.
