Bad news, everyone. Just when you thought we were going to make it through 2019 without another one of our favorite bands breaking up, today alt-emo outfit Have Mercy unfortunately announced plans for a farewell tour.
Saying goodbye just four months after releasing their latest album The Love Life, frontman/primary member Brian Swindle penned a note to his fans saying, “This is it. I’m almost in tears writing this but it’s time. I never thought I’d see the day but it’s time to say goodbye. It’s been almost 10 years. We’ve seen life and we’ve seen death. We’ve felt on top of the world and we’ve been in the gutter.”
Starting February 5th in Boston, MA, Have Mercy’s final tour with Selfish Things, Fredo Disco and Young Culture will run until March 20th in Baltimore, MD.
Tickets for the upcoming 34-date trek go on sale later this week and can be found here. For tour dates and locations, be sure to look below.
