If you’ve been on TikTok in the past couple months there’s a pretty good chance you’re familiar with Powfu’s viral sensation “Death Bed (Coffee For Your Head) featuring Beabadoobee.
The song, which has amassed over 600 million streams on Spotify, has caught the attention of plenty being featured in commercials, on alternative radio and now receiving a special ukulele cover from none other than acoustic duo This Wild Life.
What first started as a brief cover for fun on TikTok has now become a full-fledged track to the delight of many. Commenting on the rendition, vocalist Kevin Jordan said, “‘Death bed (Coffee For Your Head)’ is a song that just instantly grabbed my attention when I heard these lyrics for the first time. Thought it would be fun to grab the ukulele and put a TWL spin on this track.”
