Fresh off their recent run of tour dates with Mayday Parade, William Ryan Key and Oh, Weatherly, everybody’s favorite acoustic duo This Wild Life has just dropped a brand new beautiful rendition of Architects’ hard-hitting Holy Hell single “Doomsday.”
Speaking about the inspiration for the new cover, vocalist/guitarist (and huge metalcore fan) Kevin Jordan said: “When ‘Doomsday’ was released earlier this year it moved me both musically and lyrically. Underneath an onslaught of riffs and heaviness was this beautiful melody and devastating story of losing a loved one. It’s always a challenge to make a song your own while maintaining its integrity, I hope we did this song justice.”
