Off his upcoming album We Cool?, “Nausea” is a pop-friendly toe-tapper laden with snazzy-keys and a Blues Brothers-esque horn section. The video on the other hand features confetti regurgitation, free knives and Rosenstock’s own personal disembowelment - but with tacos.
Yes, we said tacos.
