Look, you don’t need us to tell you we’re in the middle of a political shitstorm. Spend just five minutes online and you’ll see countless individuals torn between nonsense political ideas – like the wall, for one.
Helping bring attention to the fact that our country is being split in two by these neverending debates, hard rock outfit After 10 is teaming up with The Noise to share their driving new single “War In The Streets.”
“Lyrically I tried to be as blunt as possible in respects to the huge division in our country right now,” says vocalist Marshall Beattie. “Compromises seemingly are out of the question, but the only way we’re truly going to bridge this gap is if we work together.”
Beattie went on to add, “We wanted to use the photo below as the album artwork but were unable to because we don’t own the right to the picture, but it pretty much sums up the song. It’s a picture from the State of the Union last week. On one side you have the Republican party cheering and clapping, and the other side, the Democratic party sitting in disgust. Then finally Trump smirking back at the camera. Whatever this mess is, it isn’t good.”
