No matter how many times you come across it in life, death is never easy. For Canadian pop-punk act Fortune Cove, this is something that hits very close to home for them and their brand new track “Goodbye.”
Taken from their soon-to-be-released LP Dear Happiness, the band formerly known as Harbour is looking to pay tribute to a loved one with their latest heartfelt single.
“I wrote this song shortly after my cousin passed away unexpectedly,” explains vocalist/bassist Jamie Mittendorf. “I’ve dealt with death before, but it was nothing like this. I wanted to commemorate him and this is the best way I could’ve done that.”
