For some, rock ‘n’ roll can be seen as an escape from reality. For others, it’s an opportunity to express yourself unapologetically. When it comes to Rochester three-piece outfit Unwill, their dynamic guitar-driven sound represents a bit of both worlds as it transports listeners back to the day of edgy and honest hard rock music via their brand new album Can’t Kill Me.
Weighing in at nine unfiltered hard-hitting tracks, the band’s latest is a loud, in-your-face onslaught that could very easily be the soundtrack to shows like Sons Of Anarchy or its newest installment Mayans M.C.
“This noise is our journey through spirit and ego hung out to dry,” says the band about their forthcoming release. “It tried to pull us into the dark but we pulled each other out. This is just raw rock ‘n’ roll aiming to shine some light in our magical world.”
