With so much going on in the world today there’s a chance a few things may have flown under your radar – like the emergence of up-and-coming rock act JunkBunny, for example.
After dropping their new killer four-track EP Down The Rabbit Hole and getting featured on the new Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack, the Lava Records/Republic Records signees are on the verge of becoming one of rock’s next household names.
Continuing to prove their “ones to watch” status, today the Texas trio is teaming up with The Noise to debut their new self-made music video for their emotional tune “See You In Heaven.”
Commenting on the song, the youthful three-piece said, “‘See You in Heaven’ has always been one of our more unique songs, it took a lot of brainstorming and working parts out to get it to where we wanted it. Since we started writing this song until now, it’s gone through plenty of changes and has turned out to be a favorite of ours.”
As for the video, which sees two of the three band members partake in a home burglary, the band said, “For the video, we wanted to capture the dark vibe the song portrays, so we decided to make the whole storyline occur during the nighttime. Like the song itself, the music video took some work. From coming up with the story ourselves, to a literal entire night of filming, to even almost sinking a boat, this video was super fun to work on and means a lot to us!”
