Remember the days when music videos were actually fun and had a story behind them? You know, the clips that were more than just different shots of your favorite bands playing live in an abandoned warehouse? Well, thanks to the boys in State Champs, we may have been treated to the best music video of 2016.
First premiering on MTV (crazy, we know), State Champs’ new video follows the wacky adventures of Waldo’s World – aka your middle-of-the-pack waterpark looking to stay afloat (no pun intended) in today’s stay-indoors society. In a sort of Adventureland-like storyline, “Losing Myself” is a comical tale that will certainly make you reminisce about the days of summer – or at least your part-time summer gig.
