Ahead of their upcoming European tour with The Menzingers followed by their highly anticipated US trek with The Wonder Years, Free Throw and Pool Kids, emerging Pure Noise Records act Spanish Love Songs have just announced a brand new album.
Set to hit stores February 7th – yes, as in four weeks from now – Spanish Love Songs’ third full-length album will be titled Brave Faces Everyone.
Detailing their new 10-track follow-up to 2018′s Schmaltz, lead singer/guitarist Dylan Slocum said, “This album is us honing in on what we think makes our band resonate with people - namely, the feeling that you’re not alone. These are songs about looking outward and finding that, for all our differences, most of us are just trying to get by as the world is going to hell around us. We don’t have any grand ambitions beyond that - we just want people to feel acknowledged. There’s comfort in knowing we’re on the same sinking ship.”
Slocum went on to add, “We want the album to be a knowing nod and a way to make the world slightly more bearable, even if it’s just for 40 minutes.”
In anticipation of their sure-to-be-great release, Spanish Love Songs have also debuted their sensational new single “Kick.” To check out the new song and accompanying music video, be sure to look below. Afterward, make sure to pre-order Brave Faces Everyone here.
