Just released today, Bold And Thrash is a six-song EP featuring dooming metal breakdowns paired with quotes from SpongeBob characters like Patrick Star, Mrs. Puff and of course Spongebob Squarepants himself.
Oh, and making a special guest appearance on “F.L.A.T.S” is Hey Arnold! star, Helga G. Pataki.
