No stranger to making whacky movies out on the Vans Warped Tour, to help say goodbye to Kevin Lyman’s legendary punk rock summer camp, pop-punk icons Simple Plan have put together one last film with the help of UK up-and-comers Don Broco.
Titled as Weekend At Broco’s, the bands’ hilarious three-part mini-movie is a spoof of the 1989 comedy Weekend At Bernie’s (you know, that movie where those guys accidentally kill their boss and pretend he’s still alive by dragging his sunglass-wearing corpse all around the beach. No, doesn’t ring a bell? Fine, go ask your parents).
