Oh, the wonders of Twitter. What a wonderful site it is where not only can you interact with your favorite bands but apparently also get them to play at your wedding somehow!
Let us explain.
A couple weeks ago, after This Wild Life shared their beautiful new single “Hold You Here,” a fan jokingly tweeted at the acoustic duo asking how many retweets it would take to get them to play her wedding. The band, not expecting much from their response, replied with a presumably non-obtainable goal of “100k.”
To the band’s surprise, as of today, the fan received over 104,000 retweets to which vocalist/guitarist Kevin Jordan responded with the below video:
And just like that, thanks to the power of Twitter, a fan will be getting her dream wedding. How romantic!
