In support of their latest, ear-shattering LP Slow Decay, The Acacia Strain have released a brand new music video for their track “One Thousand Painful Stings” featuring Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante.
Filmed safely via socially distancing, as each member lives far apart from one another, the band’s new video shows off their humorous side as they filmed their performance parts in costume, on the toilet or with their pets.
Commenting on the new clip, vocalist and video director Vincent Bennett says, “Having a record come out during a pandemic is hard. No touring, no playing the new songs, no nothing. All of us live far away from one another, so we cannot do a cool livestream, either. We couldn’t even get together to make a music video, so we did this! Stay safe, stay sane and stay away from each other!”
