The Mighty Mighty BossToneS Share “I Don’t Believe In Anything” From Upcoming LP ‘When God Was Great’

Great news Mighty Mighty BossToneS fans! Looking to top their massive lead single “The Final Parade” featuring over 30 musicians from bands such as Rancid, Less Than Jake, The Interrupters, The Aquabats, Fishbone, Suicide Machines, Goldfinger, The Specials and more, ska punk pioneers The Mighty Mighty BossToneS have just announced their 11th full-length album.

Titled When God Was Great, the band’s first new release since 2018′s While We’re At It is set to hit stores May 7th via Hellcat Records.

Commenting on the upcoming 15-track release co-produced by longtime collaborator Ted Hutt (The Gaslight Anthem, Dropkick Murphys) and Rancid’s Tim Armstrong, BossToneS frontman Dicky Barrett said, “We were lightly writing songs before the insanity without any sort of timeline in mind. All of a sudden, the world changed and benchmark events in a very long career that we were looking forward to, such as playing with the Madness at the Greek Theatre, were taken away from us.”

“With all of this time on our hands,” he adds, “we started writing at a quickened pace and we were really inspired. As grim as everything around us was in the outside world, this was the most fun we ever had making a record.”
