Just a couple months after treating fans to his electro-leaning single “lights (4444),” emotional emcee nothing,nowhere. has returned with yet another brand new track.
Titled “Pretend,” the passionate song highlights the angsty rock roots from the Vermont-based artist as he belts out one of his most infectious, guitar-driven choruses yet.
Commenting on the track, nothing,nowhere. says, “‘Pretend’ is about looking back while simultaneously trying to heal. It’s about the self-destructive nature of nostalgia and it’s hindrance on long term inner change.”
