Just when you thought there was no way Coheed And Cambria could possibly top last year’s summer tour with Taking Back Sunday and The Story So Far, the New York outfit may have just really outdone themselves. In support of last year’s sensational release The Unheavenly Creatures, the prog-rock superstars have just announced a huge tour with none other than (get ready to freak out) Mastodon and Every Time I Die – insane, right?
“We are very excited to announce our tour this summer with Mastodon and Every Time I Die,” says Coheed And Cambria. “We will be playing songs from our new album The Unheavenly Creatures and some old favorites! Mastodon will be performing Crack the Skye in its entirety!”
Kicking off May 28th in Louisville, KY, the highly anticipated Unheavenly Skye Tour, which will see Mastodon celebrate 10 years of their 2008 Crack The Skye album, will run throughout the summer wrapping up July 3rd in Irving, TX.
