Earlier this week, to help celebrate probably one of the weirdest birthdays he’s ever experienced (you know, cause we’re in the middle of a global lockdown), Citizen frontman Mat Kerekes dropped a brand new solo single.
Titled “I Wish I Was Cool,” Kerekes’ bouncy new track enlists help from Angel Du$t and Trapped Under Ice frontman Justice Tripp.
Commenting on the new collab, Kerekes said, “Today I turn 26 and I also released a new solo song called ‘I Wish I Was Cool.’ My friend Justice sang on it and he sounds like an angel.”
